Thomas G. Loomis, P.E. is a licensed professional engineer in Texas with over 35 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Drainage Design and Permitting. For more than two decades, he has served as an expert witness for both plaintiffs and defendants in public and private sector litigation across the State. As a Principal with Saxon Loomis Consulting Group, he works closely with a team of five highly qualified engineers and one registered professional land surveyor.
