Engineering Experience
Mr. Loomis has led analysis, design, and permitting of drainage systems for major floodplain reclamation projects (FEMA LOMRs), municipal flood improvement projects, surface mining and solid waste disposal facilities, site plans and subdivisions, regional flood detention systems, and TxDOT highway infrastructure.
The Saxon Loomis Team has designed and permitted major and minor highways and intersections, site and subdivision infrastructure (roadways, drainage, water quality and erosion/sedimentation controls), water and wastewater utilities systems, and has performed subdivision planning, surveying, lot staking and plat development.
